Welcome to Baacumen for Schools (BFS), a platform designed to support educators and students in a safe and productive learning environment. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access and use of BFS. By accessing or using BFS, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you disagree with any part of these TOS, you may not access or use BFS.
2. Eligibility
BFS is intended for use by authorized educational institutions and their students and teachers. You must be at least 13 years old to use BFS.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Accounts are created and managed by authorized representatives of the educational institution.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.3. You agree to notify BFS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. You agree to use BFS only for educational purposes.
4.2. You are prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing any content that is: * Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive. * Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. * Violates the privacy of others. * Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code. * Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain letters.
4.3. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to BFS or any other systems or networks connected to BFS.
4.4. You are prohibited from interfering with the use and enjoyment of BFS by others.
5. Content Ownership
5.1. You retain ownership of any content you upload or post to BFS.
5.2. By uploading or posting content to BFS, you grant BFS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of BFS.
6. Data Privacy
BFS collects and uses data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at the footer of the page. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights with respect to your data.
7. Termination
BFS may terminate your access to BFS for any reason, at any time, without notice.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BFS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of BFS.

These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and BFS regarding your use of BFS.
13. Amendment
BFS may amend these TOS at any time by posting the amended TOS on BFS. Your continued use of BFS following the posting of amended TOS constitutes your acceptance of the amended TOS.
14. Severability
If any provision of these TOS is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
